Dispatch Estimates:

Prints – we aim to dispatch your artwork within 30 days
Canvases – we aim to dispatch your artwork within 30 days]

Prints and canvases are sent out in tubes. We aim to send all artwork via tracked and signed for delivery.
You will be provided with a tracking number once we have processed your order.
In some instances the delivery will be done by personal delivery.

We always keep a dialog with our customers to work out the optimal delivery for the artwork.
Please bear in mind the above estimates may slightly vary depending on your order.
Please note: Please contact us prior to your purchase if you require the purchased artwork to arrive before a certain date. Where possible, we always try our best to accommodate for any special requests.


Damaged Goods
Buygraff will replace all damaged goods.
However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged (picture) item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure.

You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from buygraff.
Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Policy. OatOath

Other Returns
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, you will enter into a contract for each purchase you make on the site.
If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason.

If you withdraw you will be reimbursed in full for the cost of the artwork (excluding delivery costs and/or fees we have incurred) by the same method with which you paid, within seven working days from receipt of the goods. You will bear the costs for the postage of returning the goods and any import taxes that we may be liable for will be deducted from the refunded total, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Contracts are concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it).

The same terms apply if you are ordering outside the European Union, as we strongly believe we should all be treated with equal rights.
